Orders placed will be shipped out within 48 hours (weekends excluded) unless in the case of an emergency. If we are not able to ship your order within that time frame, we will notify you via email.

Exchanges are permitted for new non sale clothing items in perfect condition. Accessories, jewelry, brooches, buttons, patches, pins, sale, second-hand, shoes and vintage items are all final sale. Unless stated in product description, all items are brand new.
All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Please note that some sale, second-hand or vintage items may have minor flaws. In a case an item has any flaw, we will note that in the item description. Exchanges on regularly priced clothing will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn, altered, dry cleaned or washed, free from defects, abnormal smells and with all original packaging and tags are attached.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and Arzo does not cover the cost of return shipping. For this reason we strongly suggest that you are 100% certain about your items before making your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about an item please contact us via email at email@example.com. We ship all packages USPS with a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. We will NOT be Responsible for any items that are lost during receiving or returning of shipment. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder.
Any return of exchange without a exchange authorization(RA#) will be refused and returned to sender at the . In order to obtain an RA# please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, date of purchase, item you would like to exchange and reason. Once you receive your RA# your items must be sent back in the permitted time period and your RA# must appear on the outside of your package. Our return address is:

In the event that the wrong RA# is provided by the customer or the exchange is opened by Arzo®, but does not meet the requirements, it will either be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a store credit will be issued (depending upon the return of the exchange). In the rare case that an item is returned and accepted, after the allowed period of time, the customer will receive the lowest selling price in the form of a store credit. The lowest selling price includes the price currently listed on our site plus any valid and possible coupons.
