We design and sell our own product line, ARZO®. We also sell unique new, vintage and second hand items in our online store. Several of our items are listed as the last one. We try our best to be as accurate about an item and its condition. Unless stated otherwise, all items are new. NWT means new with tags (brand tags or/and our store tag). NWOT means new without tags. If an item has any discrepancies or flaws we will note it in product description. We are human and every once in a while may overlook something minor.
All products are inspected prior to listing and during shipment. If an item is flagged for any quality reason besides what is written in description, we may either cancel the item or contact the customer to bring attention the current status of the item. It will then be up to the customer to decide to continue with their purchase or cancel.
Several of our products are individually made, either one piece at a time, either hand stitched or finished by hand. Therefore, each of those products may differ slightly from one another or have slight imperfections, as each item is custom made.
Please be aware that because leather is a natural material, slight discoloration, blemishes, imperfections, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws, as this is what makes each item beautiful and unique.
As a result some of our products can vary slightly from the pictures.
