RETURN POLICY

Arzo™ is committed to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our online store return policy varies from our fashion truck/showroom policy. If you make an online purchase and find that the item you ordered doesn’t fit, or isn’t the right style or color you were looking for, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. All Accessories and Jewelry items are Final Sale. All returns of exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. All items marked down or as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale only. Please note that some sale items may have minor stains or defects. In a case of any major stain or defect, we will share this information on the item description. Return for exchanges on regularly priced clothing will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn, altered, dry cleaned or washed, free from defects, abnormal smells and with all original packaging and tags are attached.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and Arzo does not cover the cost of return shipping. For this reason we strongly suggest that you are 100% certain about your items before making your purchase. We ship all packages USPS with a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. We will NOT be Responsible for any items that are lost during receiving or returning of shipment. If a shipment has been sent to you and it is refused or returned to us for any reason then you will be subject to a 30% return fee and issued a store credit for the remainder.

Any return or exchange without a return authorization(RA#) will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense. No exceptions will be made. In order to obtain an RA# please email us at info@shoparzo.com with your name, date of purchase, item you would like to return or exchange and reason. Once you receive your RA# your items must be sent back in the permitted time period and your RA# must appear on the outside of your package. Our return address is:

In the event that the wrong RA# is provided by the customer or the return is opened by Arzo, but does not meet the requirements, it will either be shipped back at the customer’s expense or a store credit will be issued (depending upon the return). In the rare case that an item is returned and accepted, after the allowed period of time, the customer will receive the lowest selling price in the form of a store credit. The lowest selling price includes the price currently listed on our site plus any valid and possible coupons.
